Even better than book 1!Lisa Kleypas has officially cemented me as a fan with this book. The Hathaways series has been my first foray into the world of Kleypas, and I'm eager and willing to read more. The first Hathaways book 'Mine Till Midnight' had me hooked from the start, due to its cocky, playful hero named Cam Rohan, a gypsy trying to live in the world of the 'gadjos' (English). He returned in book 2 to ease my fear of losing him forever in this newest installment, featuring Cam's sister-in-law and her stormy relationship with their family friend, another Rom (gypsy).I loved the story between Win and Kev Merripen. Win was such a sweet soul, ever patient with her brooding love interest. Kev was stuck in his own personal inner hell, constantly retreating from the one person that he would have walked through the flames for. Of course it's a romance, so you can draw conclusions to how this works out, but not once did I tire of their struggle to come to terms with building a life together. This book had one of the cutest love scenes that I've ever read, when Kev finally decided to take his head out of his ass and pursue the woman of his dreams with reckless abandon. I had a grin from ear to ear when he finally took what had belonged to him all along.
