I still liked the book, but didn't have the same "have to read the whole thing right now" feeling that I had with the last one.I'm not in the mood to write a long review. It's MI. If you like the series, you'll want to read this.I was hoping for a hardcore Tessa cameo in this book, but instead got tons of Camille - my least favorite character from Clockwork Angel other than that little shit guy who was starting stuff - was he a Lightwood? can't remember. Apparently, the old broad is going to be up in the mix for a while. Is it weird that I clung to those little references of Will Herondale, hoping for some serious clues as to what happened to him?For a minute, I thought Alec and Magnus were going to stay on vacation, but it was nice that they had a bigger part in the second half of the book.So...the mortality/immortality inbalance between Magnus/Alec and Simon/everyone he cares about. Glad to see that this subject is coming to the forefront. I'm curious to see how Clare is going to handle this in future books.
