*edit 4/12* I probably won't continue on in the series because I'm not completely in agreement with some of the author's viewpoints.2.5 stars. Not a great book but it wasn't a bad follow up to Hush, Hush. There was less filler and more action. Once I got past the initial "does he love me or not?" drama, the story started moving at a decent pace. This time around I fumbled in the dark trying to figure out who was out to sabotage Nora. Was an old enemy or new adversary to blame? Every initial guess was blown out of the water as new clues emerged.I know not everyone loves Patch, but what can I say. He does something for me. It's Nora I'm not fond of atm. She drives me a bit batty. I agreed with how Patch didn't tiptoe around Nora's feelings, and instead just handled his business the way that he needed to in order to take care of things.Vee was far less annoying in this book, which also made for an improvement. There was a bit of a cliffy in this one, but whatever. Most books seem to have them these days.
